LPMPC envision to continue in a sustainable manner its programs and services. Its impact can be measured when its members are continuously improving their personal, family, economic and social conditions.


We provide responsive financial and non-financial services for the holistic upliftment of the people and community it serves.

LPMPC strives to provide relevant and effective financial and non-financial services. It believes that development of members is not single faceted. It should be holistic.

Goals or Objectives

Our objectives are:

To develop a dynamic, competent, effective, responsive, empowered and efficient leadership, management and staff delivering quality services to members.
To develop quality and satisfied members and uplift their social and economic condition.
To enhance product and services to become responsive, innovative to members needs.
To enhance sustainability of the cooperative.
To improve community services to maximize visibility.


Labo Progressive Multi-Purpose Cooperative services focuses with members which belongs on the different sectors within the community, which includes 4940 farmers and fisherfolks, 4206 SSE

The cooperative embraces an inclusive society consists of family farmers, small scale entrepreneurs also includes women, youth sector, and senior citizens classified as the socio-economic excluded groups. Social Performance Management was also adopted from the first phase of the program applying designed tools Member Satisfaction Survey and Progress Out of Poverty Index was institutionalized.

The coop also provides members social protection in a form of in house benefits and insurances such as P4 Damayan Program and Coop Loan Protection Plan, includes life and non-life insurances provided by the Coop Life Insurance and Mutual Benefit Services.

The women and youth have one seat representation on the Board which serves as the policy making body of the cooperative and was confirmed by the Cooperative Development Authority as included on the Amended Constitution and By-Laws.
